Terms and Conditions for Kamado Joe DoJoe Pizza Accessory Giveaway

1. Promotion Description

The Kamado Joe DoJoe Pizza Accessory Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is a giveaway offering participants the opportunity to receive a free Kamado Joe DoJoe Pizza Accessory upon the purchase of specified Kamado Joe grills. This Promotion is valid from 1st April 2025, 00:01 GMT until 30th April 2025, 23:45 GMT.

 2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden, France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who are of the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction at the time of entry.

Employees of Kamado Joe, participating retailers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

 3. How to Enter

To participate in the Promotion, entrants must purchase one of the following Kamado Joe grill models :

  • Kamado Joe Series I (Classic or Big Joe)
  • Kamado Joe Series II (Classic or Big Joe)
  • Kamado Joe Series III (Classic or Big Joe)
  • Kamado Joe Konnected Joe (Classic or Big Joe size) from a participating retailer.
  • The Promotion is only available through participating retailers who have declared their participation.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying retailer participation before making a purchase.
  • All qualifying purchases must be made by 30th April 2025 to be eligible.

4. Gift

Eligible participants will receive one (1) Kamado Joe DoJoe Pizza Accessory with their Kamado Joe Classic or Big Joe grill purchase.

Gift Restrictions

  • Offer expires on 30th April 2025.
  • The gift is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative available.
  • The Promotion is limited to one (1) free DoJoe Pizza Accessory per qualifying purchase.

5. General Conditions

  • This Promotion is governed by EU laws and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Kamado Joe reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or factors beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
  • Kamado Joe has the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive manner.
  • Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
  • Kamado Joe reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Kamado Joe’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

6. Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the European Union, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

As a condition of participating in this Promotion, the participant agrees that any disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually , without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the European Union having jurisdiction.
