Product Overview

The Ø 200 Internal Clay Pot Adaptor - Ø 125mm is designed to connect a 125mm single wall flue pipe to the base of an existing 200mm clay chimney liner where no flexible flue liner is being fitted. Manufactured from premium 316 stainless steel with a durable 1mm wall thickness, it provides a dependable, long-lasting solution for connecting traditional chimney systems.

Its tapered internal design allows the adaptor to fit securely inside uneven clay liners, helping to create a reliable smoke-tight seal when used with Fire Cement and Fire Rope. Stainless steel screws and securing bands hold the adaptor firmly in place while resisting corrosion for years of dependable service.

Before installation, the existing clay liner should always be smoke tested to confirm it is structurally sound and suitable for continued use. Once installed, the 125mm single wall flue pipe fits securely over the adaptor spigot, with Fire Cement and Fire Rope recommended to complete the seal.

Large Item delivery Information

Large items such as stoves, fires and outdoor lifestyle products will be delivered by a national pallet delivery service.

These items usually arrive on a large 7.5 tonne truck with a tail lift. If you think access for the delivery vehicle may be an issue please let us know at the time of ordering and we will work with you to find a solution.

The driver is contracted to deliver the item by pallet truck and will therefore be unable to move the item across uneven ground, grass, gravel and narrow openings.

Due to the weight and insurances drivers will not be able to assist with carrying any of the items into your property. It is the responsibility of the customer to prepare a suitable area for the goods to be left before they are taken inside. All goods must be checked while the driver is on site. They are obliged to wait with you for up to 15 minutes while you carry out these checks.

If the driver refuses to wait please mark the goods as “damaged”. On the rare occasion that the goods are damaged please mark the delivery note as “damaged” and refuse the delivery. Please take photos of the damage and contact a member of the team as soon as possible to report the damage. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery taking place.
